I am a hungry keeper of minutes, a stockpiler of small, insignificant affairs; my work as a writer having grown out of a compulsion to chronicle just about everything in the daily journals I have kept since childhood. The Mundane is a deep well to draw from, as there is so very, very much of it.
While you can also find my work in publication, here you will find a collection of some of my recent, as well as ongoing, projects…
Eating on the Floor
Eating on the Floor is a monthly(ish) breaking of virtual bread; a casual recipe project where I get to share some of what comes across my kitchen counter with you. It’s part food blog, part breakfast date; an open invitation to stop by for a bite of something or a little company when the house is quiet — provided you don’t mind eating on the floor.

Morning
Morning is a series of poems, originally published over a span of five days by Mothers Always Write in the spring of 2019. At the time my daughter was three years old, and we were beginning to move into new patterns and new ways of being with one another as her desire for independence grew.
The Morning series also contains a small collection of candid photographs which are currently only available to view here.
